Taselisib → canine PIK3CA (degrader engagement)
Mechanism. Taselisib (GDC-0032) is a mutant-selective PI3Kα inhibitor that selectively depletes mutant p110α via the ubiquitin-proteasome system (molecular degrader). This docking test scores POCKET ENGAGEMENT only — not degradation (which needs ternary-complex / E3 modeling) and not mutant-selectivity (the canine receptor is wild-type). A good pose is a necessary first step, not proof of a working degrader.
